INSTRUCTIONS & PROHIBITIONS
INSTRUCTIONS TO THE STUDENTS-- GENERAL
- Every student must be regular to the classes.
- Students are requested to participate whole heartedly in all activities of the college
- Candidate seeking admission to the 5year BBA,LL.B degree course and those who are admitted shall pay tuition and other fees as prescribed by the university from time to time.
- Candidate admitted to the 5year BBA,LL.B degree course shall attend all ten semesters, spread over 5 years and study all subjects prescribed by the university.
- The medium of instruction shall be English. However, the examinees shall have the option to answer the question papers in the examination either in English or in Kannada completely.
- No students shall be permitted to appear for the examination unless he/she has, to the satisfaction of the course teacher, fulfilled the course requirements and has put in not less than 70% attendance.
- At any event the tuition and other fees of admitted students will not be refunded.
- The Caution Money would get forfeited in case the applicant after getting admission does not join the college.
- The Caution Money is also liable to be appropriated towards office dues, library dues etc., and the college in respect of which the college will have charge over the said amount.
- The period for refunding caution money and other deposits to students will be six months from the date of students leaving the college.
- In case the candidate wants to discontinue before the completion of the course or wants to seek transfer to any other college he/she shall have to pay full fees then prescribed for the remaining year i.e. for the entire course.
ABOUT PROHIBITIONS
- Use of mobiles phones strictly prohibited within the college premises.
- Smoking, chewing of tobacco, pan, gutka etc., is strictly prohibited.
- Ragging of any kind is strictly prohibited.
- The students must obtain prior permission of the Principal before publishing,posting,uploading any information to the press, social media or any other agency in connection with the college HCE’S &KSLU. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary action against them.
- Each student is required to get Identity Card signed by the Principal soon after the notification of the roll number, failing which suitable action will be taken against erring students.
- The students should wear blazer and khadi uniform as prescribed by the college/university
